Since 2007, Traditions Spirits, Inc. has been the exclusive hospitality management company for several Indian gaming facilities throughout Oklahoma. Our services, ranging from alcoholic beverage service to restaurant and hotel management, have been implemented in Riverwind Casino, Newcastle Gaming Center, WinStar World Casino, Texoma Gaming Center, and Ada Gaming Center. Quality is our standard in the people we hire, the products we purchase and the services we provide. From bartenders, beverage servers and line cooks, to managers, supervisors and housekeepers, we’ve selected our staff of over 400 carefully, providing thorough training and supervision. We attain consistency by placing the proper procedures and systems into each outlet and by recruiting and training people who are proficient and caring. We have over 20 operational bars, ranging from service bars to swanky lounges, each unique to its facility and complimentary to its surroundings.Offering beverage services from 10am until 2am, seven days a week, 365 days a year, you can always count on having your favorite beverage close at hand, whether you are enjoying the variety of games or one of the many concerts held throughout the year. We have many experienced servers to deliver your refreshments to you, or you may sit at one of our many comfortable bars, located throughout the casinos, while you watch TV or chat with friends.

Riverwind:
Autographs Sports Bar - Located inside Riverwind casino and featuring daily lunch and drink specials, LCD TV's at every booth, and family friendly atmosphere. Autographs Sports Bar - Where Every day is GAME DAY!!
Riverwind Hotel - Riverwind Hotel is the newest addition to Riverwind Casino in Norman, OK. The 100-room boutique-style hotel has a contemporary design, with stylish furnishings and calming hues of blue and green, which set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Each bedroom has rich draperies, quality products, flat screen TVs, and the beds are crisp, comfortable and inviting.
Room service is provided for those who wish to dine in the comfort of their own room, compliments of Autographs Sports Bar, located within the casino. The hotel also offers a fitness center and a business center, both available 24 hours a day. Four meeting rooms are available for rent, which have retractable partitions, so they can be rented individually, or as one large room.
Our highly trained and accommodating staff is available at all times to assist guests with any needs they may have. It is our goal to exceed guest’s expectations and to deliver a level of service that can’t be matched.
Winstar World Casino:

The dining area features an energetic and fun atmosphere with inspirations from old Spain. Try Matadors once and you’ll be hooked for life!
Chips 'N Ales - Grab your mates and join us at Chips 'N Ales, located in the London Plaza! Enjoy hand-battered, cooked-to-order fish and chips in a pub that features the authentic flavor of jolly olde England. The rich wood textures, stained glass and rustic décor create a traditional London pub environment, in a fast-casual setting. Cheers!

Stone House Pizzeria - Coming soon to Newcastle - Stone House will offer pizza by-the-slice or by-the-pie, as well as a variety of fresh salads, calzones, stuffed sandwiches and sides. The atmosphere will transport you to Italy for an enjoyable meal in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
