Using the Management Portal
Solution
The Management Portal allows for quick and easy access to the most recent information from not only the Traditions Spirits coporate office, but from management at the property level as well.
The portal pafe cantains all of the current forms, memeos, procedures, and many other resources needed by Managers, Supervisors, and Human Resourcces at all locations.
How to log into the Management Portal:
1. On the Traditions Spirits website, click on the "Portal" link
2. A login prompt will pop up. For the username you will type your network username (first intial followed by your last name). For the password, use the same password as you do when logging into your Traditions Spirits webmail.
Forgot or do not know your password? Just contact the Traditions Spirits IT Department and they will be happy to provide you with your email password. IT will NOT email or text passwords.
Saving and Printing Forms:
* Once logged into the Management Portal, filling out and printing forms can all be accomplished directly from the website. You can also save the forms to your computer.
* To print a form once all of the information has been filled in, click the "Print" icon at the top of the form.
* To save the form to your computer, click on the "save" icon at the top of the form and save to the location of your choice.
