Universal Desktop Report Links
Solution
To create a report link on an individual's Universal Desktop in Infogenesis, please follow the directions below.
1. Log into the Infogenesis Universeral Desktop.
You will see four sections (in Blue) on the "Start Page" tab - "News", "My Links", "Messages", and "Report Links".
2. Click on the "edit" link in the "Report Links".
3. A popup box will appear with "Select a Report" at the top of the box. Click the drop down arrow next to "(add a report)"
4. Select the report you want to have on your desktop.
5. Click the "Add Link" button.
If you wish to add another report link, repeat steps 4 & 5 until you have all of the links you want on your "start" page.
When you have all of the reports you would like to have on your "start" page, click the "cancel" button.
To run a report, simply click the report link you would like to run.
To delete a report link, click the red "X" beside the report you wish to delete.
